By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Bhoomika Tours And Travels Private Limited (“Agency”, “We”, “Us”) and the customer (“You”, “Traveler”).
Bhoomika Tours And Travels Private Limited acts as an intermediary/facilitator between the traveler and third-party service providers (Airlines, Hotels, Tour Operators, Transporters). We are not the end-provider of these services.
Booking and Payment

- A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the specified advance payment and a confirmation email from us.
- The total package price is subject to change in case of government tax hikes, fuel surcharges, or currency fluctuations until the final payment is made.
- Final payment must be cleared within 45 days from the date of issuance of Invoice, failing which Interest @18% pa shall be payable from the date of issue of Invoice.
Travel Documentation It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they hold a valid Passport (with at least 6 months validity), Visas, and Health Insurance. Bhoomika Tours And Travels Private Limited shall not be held liable for any deportation or boarding rejection by authorities.
Limitation of Liability We are not responsible for any injury, loss, death, or damage to person or property caused by the act/omission of any third-party supplier, weather conditions, strikes, or “Acts of God.”
Dispute Resolution Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India only.
